Material Handling Equipment Design & Development

Our projects encompassed Scissor Lift, Reach Truck, and Pallet Truck, each tailored to meet specific client requirements. We began by capturing customer inputs such as lift height (raised and lowered positions), load capacity, and operational conditions. Based on these, we prepared preliminary proposal drawings for client review and approval.

For the hydraulic systems, we conducted detailed push force calculations to determine appropriate cylinder specifications. Comprehensive strength and durability analyses were performed using SolidWorks simulation tools to validate structural performance under different loading scenarios.

Following validation, we created detailed fabrication drawings ensuring manufacturability and compliance with industry standards. The final deliverables included a complete design package consisting of optimized 3D CAD models and 2D fabrication-ready drawings, enabling seamless transition from design to production.
